I’ve rented from Steve and Vannessa 7 times, and it’s a great experience every single time. I used to rent houses all over Texas, but now we almost always come to Allure. Everything you need is there! I always catch lots of fish and have an amazing time. I highly recommend this place for anyone. I have had all ages of friends and family there and everyone loves it!

This place is fabulous! We got married there, and the weather wasn't cooperating, (it was supposed to be a lakeside wedding), but no fear, Vannessa, Dale and Steve helped us move it indoors. They made the transition so smooth for us. The cabins were big, nice and clean. You don't have to take anything with you except for your clothes and food. The party barn at first site looks to be small but it accommodated 70 of us for the wedding, reception and dancing. Vannessa, Steve and Dale helped us make this an experience that we definitely will remember forever and we will definitely be back. We highly recommend this place!

This is a wonderful place to go with your family and get away from the business of life. We fished, floated in the lake, paddle boated, played games, cooked in their up-to-date kitchen, played darts and corn hole, sang karaoke almost nightly in the party barn, watched the stars (note there is hardly any light pollution so you will see more than you have probably ever seen in your life), cooked s'mores, and just had good plain old fashioned fun as a family. Owners were very personable and friendly. We highly recommend anyone and everyone to give this place a try for their next family getaway or small reunion. (They have other houses too.) Thank you Steve, Vannessa, and Dale for your hospitality and friendship!

My hosts met me outside and gave me the tour, explaining everything and were very attentive during my stay yet gave me the privacy I was looking for. The cabin is secluded, yet easy access. You would think you are deep in the woods. A short walk to the lake presented a nice dock for watching the sunset and feeding the fish & turtles. The "party barn" looked like a hoot for those with groups, complete with karaoke! I was SO VERY comfortable in my cabin and mostly hung out on the back porch, watching the birds and listening to the crickets at night. I would definitely escape here again!!

This was my second trip to visit Allure on Lake Leon to fish a local bass club tournament. However, this time I got to bring my family to this amazing property. I had been bragging to them for a year about Allure and I can confidently say that Steve and Vannessa did not let me down! I can't say enough about their hospitality and the amenities they provide to their guests. We enjoyed fishing, grilling out, swimming at the dock, and most of all the karaoke night! We can't wait to visit again in the near future!
