Downstairs provides a bedroom with a twin bed, living area, full kitchen, full bathroom, and a large sunroom. This idyllic home has all the modern conveniences including A/C and Heat, WIFI, Smart TVs, Dish Network, Covered Parking, Access to the Allure Common Dock & Party Barn (depending on availability). There is a free public boat launch nearby! Outdoors offers an upstairs deck with a gas fire pit plus a ground level patio with a gas grill. There's a Play Scape for the kids and a pier for the pond with catch and release fishing.
